Notice of AGM

The Board of Trustees would like to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of Team East Lothian AC on Monday 13 May at Meadomwill Sports Centre, Meeting Rooms. The AGM will start at 7.30pm and we would like to invite you to attend from 7.00pm for tea, coffee and light refreshments.

UPDATE Unfortunately FN Teamwear will not longer be able to attend.

Only members who hold a current membership for 2018-19 year will hold voting rights. Any additional proposals or agenda items for consideration can be submitted by members to clubofficer@teameastlothian.org.uk and must be received by Monday 6th May by 7.30pm (7 days prior to the AGM).
